Founders Robyn Luckhaus and Larry Brubaker’s paths first crossed while working together at the pastry shop of the Sanctuary Hotel on Kiawah Island. For three years they produced candies, desserts, wedding cakes, centerpieces and everything in between and soon thereafter, Luckhaus & Brubaker was born. Robyn is a graduate of both UNC Charlotte and Johnson and Wales University. Larry was apprenticed to an ACF Master Chef and was a gold medalist at the 1996 Culinary Olympics in Berlin.
